About Design Builders, Inc.

Eric has worked with Design Builders since 1997.  His education in Civil Engineering at Trident Technical College and his advanced carpentry skills give him a thorough understanding of the overall home building process.   When visiting your new home under construction, Eric is there to answer any of your technical questions.

Bill Douglas, President of Design Builders, Inc., started the Charleston home building company in 1991.   he earned degrees in Civil Engineering and Forestry, majoring in Wood Industries at West Virginia University. Bill is also a Vietnam era veteran serving his country in the US Army.  Twenty years working in the fields of Civil Engineering and Construction Management gave Bill valuable knowledge and experience ensuring his success as a Custom Home Builder.

Kevin has worked for Design Builders since high school. Kevin studied Management at Clemson University and works directly with customers to ensure their satisfaction. His background as an accomplished carpenter gives him an eye for detail and knowledge of construction techniques that help maintain the company's objective of quality home building.
